You are free to use the watermarked version of your commission wherever you wish - however:
1. You must credit the artwork to me
2. You must not upload it to your own DeviantArt gallery or equivalent
3. Any commercial use of the artwork must be discussed with me
4. You may not claim any credit for the artwork
Concerning Designs:
- All Custom Designs have an ID number and Name, please keep a record of these as they show the design is genuine
- Custom characters must be credited to me the first time they are drawn, after that there is no need
- however, their ref sheet must always be credited to me, you own the rights to the design, not the credit for having drawn it.
- The Value of your design is listed on its ref sheet description, this will refer too how much you bought it for and thus how much it is worth
- 'Acquired' and 'Commissioned' designs may be sold, traded or given as gifts (if gifted, they will lose their value), please send me a note to have their owner officially changed
- 'Exclusive' designs may not be traded or sold (as these will have been acquired through raffles etc) but they may be gifted. If you wish to gift them to someone, please send me a note.
-'Exquisite' designs cannot be sold, traded or gifted, these are given on very rare occasions as gifts to people I consider my closest friends - thus they may not be owned by anyone else.
