The following is my policy regarding refunds 

1. Once a sketch has been agreed on with you and the your commissions price has been paid in full, I do not offer refunds. 

2. Multiple Commissions from a single client are treated separately, as is their eligibility for refunds

3. I reserve the right to drop or cancel a commission at any point and issue you with a 100% refund.

4. Any artwork completed for a refunded commission is considered the property of the artist.
